BOOKING
Please see our Contact Us page for full details on how to book.
PAYMENT
All bookings can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
All bookings must be accompanied with payment in order to guarantee your child's place and MUST be made prior to the first day of camp.
Unfortunately because of significant upfront costs for administration, coaches and venue hire, we regret to inform you that refunds for any missed days cannot be given under any circumstances.
Please note...
1.Registration. All Children must be registered with us prior to taking part in our sessions. If you haven't completed this process in the past, please make sure you speak to us on your child's first day at camp.
An emergency contact number and details of any medical conditions are the most important things we need to know.
2.Medication. Please inform us of any injuries or illnesses that your child may have that may require any additional attention. This might include any asthma inhalers or antibiotics that your child needs to take during activity.
3.
Footwear.
The sessions will take place both indoors and outdoors. Trainers are okay for both, but if you wish to wear football boots/astroturf trainers then this is not a problem. Trainers are a must however.
4. Clothing.
In the instance of encountering cold/wet weather conditions it’s really important that all children bring with them trousers and a waterproof jacket.
In the instance of encountering hot/sunny weather conditions it’s really important that all children bring with them sun cream and a sun hat.
Please note that we cannot apply sun cream to your child unless you tell us otherwise.
We would then be happy to do so.
5.
Accessories.
Things like shin-guards and goalkeeper gloves aren't essential but if you wish to wear either/both then you can do so.
Please avoid bringing any valuable items such as mobile phones etc.
A small bag to keep safe all your child's belongings is recommended.
6.
Drink.
Please supply your child with a drinks bottle for the duration of the days activity. We would recommend water or juice. Please avoid fizzy drinks.
7.
Snack.
Each drinks break will give your child the chance to re-fuel if they wish. In doing so we would encourage them to have a healthy snack. Something like a cereal bar, fruit or a yoghurt are all ideal. Please avoid crisps, chocolate, sweets and cakes. Please avoid all nut based products.
8.
Lunch.
For all children who are attending on a daily place, please remember a healthy packed lunch. Please supply enough for the duration of the lunch break. Please avoid all nut based products.
Please refer to our 'PARENTS SECTION' to find out more about our policies on Behaviour, Injury/Illness, Security, Lost Property & Responsibility.
We look forward to hearing from you soon! If we can be of any assistance whatsoever, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Many thanks.
