Going along to games with my Dad, aged 5, duffel coat, woolly hat, scarf, gloves, pockets full of sweets, middle of winter but mesmerised by the whole occasion.

Paul Gascoigne. What a talent.

Tough one...going for Liverpool V AC Milan, European Cup Final 2005. Italian teams just don't lose 3-0 leads! Unbelievable night.

Maradona V England. Mexico '86. Never Forgotten it.

Maradona? Messi? Maradona? Messi?...I'll go Maradona. Just!

Some true greats of the past, but in my time...Alex Ferguson. Nobody will ever manage a club for that length of time again. Legend.

Too many to mention...Man Utd's treble winners of 1999 and Arsenal's invincibles of 2004 were both special but the Pep Guardiola Barcelona teams were another level. 

Nou Camp Barcelona. Special place with special history. Unique.

Puma King Originals.

I'm old school! Love traditional and retro...for me it's the Scotland Jersey of Mexico '86! Navy top, white 'short' shorts with navy band and red socks. Class!

Walking to the game. You can't beat the buzz around the ground and the sound of the turnstyles.

Losing! And the long walk home!

3pm Saturday. The changing room spirit and the team togetherness.

Being injured. Its a lonely old place!

Working with kids. Getting the opportunity to make a difference through playing football. Its a fantastic responsibility to have and one which I thoroughly enjoy.

The 'Win at all Costs' mentality of other coaches within the game. The game can never lose its enjoyment.

"Treat every game like it's your last"

Never stop believing. Not just in football but in life. With enough belief and desire you can achieve absolutely anything.

Summer football. Better weather and better pitches will only encourage more participation, either playing or supporting and allows the coaches a better environment in which to coach. Kids can play more often and for longer with the end result...

fitter and healthier children playing and enjoying a game that they love.

Family and friends, power naps, CD shopping, look-a-like spotting, chocolate peanuts and Australia.

Bad driving (Especially failure to indicate), media scare-mongering, simple manners (they are free people!), Xfactor, and baked beans.

Footballing-wise? Getting my first football, a flyaway from woolies. Non-football wise? Sitting listening to my parents' record collection with massive head phones on which ranged from the Quo to Postman Pat!

Sadly I was at neither, but Man Utds Champions League final win against Bayern Munich in 99, 1-0 down with minutes to go, then 2 goals from the super subs Teddy and Ole Gunnar, and the second game was Rangers 3-2 win against Celtic in the 2002 Scottish Cup final -thriller!

The way total strangers come together and are as one for an hour and a half.

The satisfaction of putting your all into your performance, win, lose or draw.

Opponents that take themselves too seriously - it's got to be enjoyed.

I love all that comes with the job. Meeting new people, watching them develop and grow in so many areas, learning every day and the fun - doesn't feel like a job.

Coaching outside in the winter with no hat or gloves!

My dad's favourite - "You won't know until you try"

Whatever you do, no matter how big or small, give it 100%.

Quality, not quantity when it comes to coaches, training facilities and people involved in the game.
